FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW CAN I GET A TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE?

By purchasing a ticket: In the registration menu item, you may get information needed to purchase a ticket for the event. If you are a government official, civil servant or public service employee, your participation in the Conference on Day 0 (Space & Defense) on October 15, 2024, as well as the two-day Infotér Conference on October 16-17, 2024 is free. Infotér Extra and accommodation must be paid separately in all cases.
Participation fee must be paid by the following forms of companies: Kft. (limited liability company), Zrt. (private limited company), Bt. (limited partnership), Nyrt. (public limited company) and sole proprietorship (the fee payment obligation is independent of the maintaining institution, thus, it also applies to public enterprises).

HOW LONG CAN I REGISTER?

You can register until October 11, 2024 at the latest. Please note that regardless of the previously indicated deadline, registration closes when the capacity of the event venue is reached, thus, we recommend that you register as soon as possible.

MORE EMPLOYEES FROM OUR COMPANY OR INSTITUTION WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE INFOTÉR CONFERENCE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REGISTER AS A GROUP?

Yes, it is possible to initiate the purchase of multiple tickets. In the case of group registration, only the initiator of the registration has access to the data of all the persons registered by the initiator, and they cannot log in individually.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED IN THE PARTICIPATION FEE?

Yes, the participation fee includes full service for the indicated period: coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner on October 16, 2024. The meal content of the ticket prices is also indicated on the invoice.

WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE ON THE PARTICIPATION?

Yes, after payment of the fee, we will send an electronic invoice to the email address provided during registration.

HOW CAN I REACH THE EVENT VENUE?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION?

Accommodation must be booked individually. We recommend contacting the following hotels:
Akadémia Hotel, Astoria Hotel, Aura Hotel, Boutique Hotel Annuska, Flamingó Hotel, Fürjes Villa, Holiday Club Füred, Hotel Füred Spa and Conference, Hotel Golden Lake Resort, Hotel Margaréta, Hotel Pallone, Hotel Vinifera Wine & Spa, LUA Resort.
We will provide free shuttle services between these hotels and the main venue of the conference, Anna Grand.

CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

Yes, however, only under the following terms:
In case of cancellation of registration by October 4, 2024, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded. For cancellations after October 4, 2024, 100% of the participation fee must be paid. If the amount has already been paid, it cannot be refunded. The above conditions are independent of whether the payment has been made. We will send and invoice for any unpaid amount.
